1/  Current Tranformer Metering always live exposed single insulated cables

2/ Cables enter top of unit, should be unable to insert 1mm wire here.

3/ Twin & Earth cables used as 3 Phase Tails. We replaced for proper items.

4/ Workshop lift fitters did'nt have a holesaw so cut & bend. We replaced it.

5/  3 Phase switch with exposed 400v terminals, we modified to make safe.

6/  Do you shave in the Bath with an Electric Shaver, we disconnected this!

7/ If you install Lighting Transformer next to Lamp.  Instead of us it could have       been The Fire Brigade or even the Undertakers who attended.
