Here is a recorded video clip taken in darkness using infrared in the early hours. The customer took the video file to the authorities who visited these gentlemen for a little chat. Video was viewed on a smartphone remotely after a phone call from worried tenants.

This clip shows the value of having the evidence and  its role in protection. It also provides evidence in the event of a fraudulent claim.  The alternative is the " It'll never happen to me " approach, these systems can save a lot of grief.
